When placing an order with Bougie Bears, please be aware that each order requires a processing and delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.
If your order falls within this timeframe, we cannot offer a refund since the product has already been purchased. If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be required to repay the mailing fee. We encourage our customers to plan their purchases accordingly and consider this processing time when placing an order with us.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our delicate Bougie Bears, which may be susceptible to melting in high temperatures. If your order arrives melted, we are more than happy to assist you; however, any issues with melted products will be handled on a case-by-case basis with details of the case provided via email, that may result in a refund. We understand the disappointment that may arise from receiving a melted item from a luxury expensive product. Please note that if you choose the 2-day select shipping option, we cannot guarantee that your product will stay intact, as mentioned by the order processing and delivery times, and no refund or a case review email will be available.

To ensure the quality and integrity of our Bougie Bears during transportation, we have chosen to limit our shipping schedule from Mondays thru Thursday.  Please be mindful where you choose your products to be delivered. 

At Bougie Bears, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Please note that if you are dissatisfied with our product, we cannot offer a refund. We understand that individual preferences and tastes may vary, and our product may not cater to everyone's expectations; therefore, you may not like the texture or taste of our product. We encourage potential customers to consider their preferences, carefully, before purchasing.

As such, we cannot a refund due to the time spent making each product. We appreciate your understanding regarding the labor and craftsmanship that goes into each Bougie Bear.
