At Bougie Bears, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, handcrafted products that bring joy and delight. We understand the importance of clarity and transparency in our business practices, particularly when it comes to returns and refunds. 

Order Processing and Delivery:
When placing an order with Bougie Bears, we want our customers to be aware that each order requires a processing and delivery time 
of 7 to 10 business days regardless if you do OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.

It is essential to understand that if your order falls within this timeframe, we are unable to offer a refund since we have already purchased the product for said order. On the other hand, if your package is returned to us because you do not provide the complete address such as a missing apartment number or wrong zip code, then you will have to repay your mailing fee. We encourage our customers to plan their purchases accordingly and consider this processing time when placing an order with us.

Melted Products:

We take great care in packaging and shipping our delicate Bougie Bears, which may be susceptible to melting in high temperatures. If, unfortunately, your order arrives melted, we are more than happy to assist you. However, we kindly remind you that WE ONLY SHIP MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WENDESDAY to minimize the risk of melting during transit. Any melted products will result in a refund or e-mail and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as we understand the disappointment that may arise from receiving a melted item. On the other hand, we at Bougie Boozy Bears understand that our product can be expensive and is a luxury product, If you do not choose the overnight shipping option and instead choose the 2-day select option, we can not promise that your product will stay intact. If your product is melted because you picked the 2-day select option you will not be able to receive a refund or e-mail (the information provided does not go with the overnight shipping). 

Shipping Limitations:
Due to the high temperatures experienced during certain times of the year, as well as the delicate structure of our product, we have chosen to limit our shipping days to Mondays and Tuesdays. This precaution is taken to ensure the quality and integrity of our Bougie Bears during transportation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.


Customer Satisfaction:
At Bougie Bears, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. However, it is essential to note that if you are dissatisfied with our product, we are unable to offer a refund. For example, if you do not like the texture or taste of our product, we understand that individual preferences and tastes may vary, and our product may not cater to everyone's expectations. We encourage potential customers to carefully consider their preferences before purchasing from us.


Handmade Production:

We take great pride in handcrafting every Bougie Bear that leaves our workshop. As such, we regretfully cannot refund the time spent making each product. We appreciate your understanding regarding the labor and craftsmanship that goes into each Bougie Bear.
